My real estate journey started in the early 90’s with Property Management and HOA Management. In 1997, when my husband had to work in Washington for a year, I earned my real estate license and fell in love with it. We returned to Arizona in 1998, where I got my AZ license and never looked back. In 2011, I elevated my career by obtaining my Broker's license.

Since then, I've guided clients through every kind of market imaginable. I've helped first-time buyers take that exciting first step, growing families move up, empty nesters downsize, and investors build wealth. I've even helped families navigate the heartbreak of short sales and foreclosures, always focused on rebuilding and moving forward. One of my favorite aspects of my career is helping clients build the custom home of their dreams. I get to incorporate my artistic side by aiding in the design of their floor plans, elevations, and exterior color schemes. I love to share in the excitement, watching my clients’ dreams become a reality from the ground up.

Beyond client experience, I spent many years managing real estate brokerages, aiding other realtors through their challenges, guiding them on contractual obstacles, assisting them with their client struggles, and auditing brokerage files for compliance with Department of Real Estate requirements. Over the years, I assisted hundreds of real estate agents, and reviewed thousands upon thousands of escrows. This experience adds an additional layer of education and knowledge that most Real Estate Brokers will never have.

But here's what sets me apart: I practice what I preach. My husband and I have bought and sold numerous homes, managed rental properties, and even went through my own build program to construct a custom home in Torreon (which we sold for profit). I don't just advise on real estate - I live it.

Why Show Low Is Home

I am a Native Arizonan, born and raised in Chandler. In 2005, my husband and I relocated to Show Low to open an aircraft maintenance facility at the Show Low Airport. Unfortunately, when the 2007 real estate market crashed, we had to return to the valley where the work was. In 2020, the stars aligned and we were able to return to Show Low full time. Two of our adult children, and our two granddaughters live here with us, so we get to live, work and play in our favorite place on the mountain. 

In 2021, I joined Torreon Realty and became completely immersed in this upscale, master-planned community. In addition to helping clients buy and sell their homes, I sell lots, guide clients through custom home design, navigate HOA Architectural Approvals, and connect them with vetted builders. I absolutely love helping people create and build the custom home of their dreams as well as searching for existing homes to get them settled. I also serve Show Low, Lakeside, Pinetop, and surrounding areas including Snowflake-Taylor, Vernon, Linden, Pinedale, and Heber-Overgaard.

Behind the scenes, I work with title and lender teams to solve issues before they become your problems. While buying a home will always have some stress, I'm here to handle as much as possible so you can enjoy the excitement of achieving the American Dream.

My superpower? Listening. I remember what matters to you, your hopes, your concerns, your dreams of having grandkids visit or building a family legacy. When things get overwhelming, I'm there to clear the fog and guide you back to what truly matters. I even have a unique organizational tool for home tours that helps keep you from getting confused when looking at multiple properties.

Getting to know Lisa

My husband, who was stationed at Williams Air Force Base, and I met while I was in high school. Just after my graduation, in 1989, we married. Together, we’ve raised four children, two biological and two that we adopted from foster care. I'm a painter (my walls showcase my own acrylic landscapes), and a writer (with books still waiting to be published someday). In 2021, I started a Facebook group to connect adults over 50 in the White Mountains, giving them an avenue to make friends. I invited total strangers to monthly potlucks at my house. The result, we created something special, a community of friends who still gather regularly today.
