As a seasoned Real Estate Broker, I have experience in a wide array of real estate services. Of course, the most common is the Resale Market, which is buying or selling an existing home. I’ve listed and sold homes from the devasted fixer-uppers to luxury homes. If the perfect home doesn’t seem to be available, let’s build you one. We’ll locate the right land to build a custom home. Then, I aid in matching you with one of our vetted builders, work with a draftsman to design your home, assist with financing when applicable, and submit your plans to the homeowner association for approval, and finally, turn your project over to the builder.
If you need help with affiliated real estate services, like remodeling, lender referrals or someone to watch your home when you can’t be here full time, I’ve got resources.
Home Watch
If you are thinking about splitting your time between the White Mountains and your primary residence, my husband and I own Home Watch by Ravenwolf. We keep an eye on your home to help keep it safe and secure when you aren’t up here. We have weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and concierge services available. We have clients from Pinedale to Pinetop, with the majority of them being in Torreon and Pinetop Country Club.
